Is a 3d model of a hydro pneumatic pulsation dampener design containing a PTFE diaphragm that is produced by reaching the 700+ degree melt temperature in a tool that imparts a convoluted shape, whilst also causing the material to become homogenous and impervious. After cyclic deflection testing of the diaphragm, the housing assembly was verified by ANSYS F.E.A. and then proof tested to destruction at in excess of 2000 bar / 30,000 psi.
